Hall Booking
It may be possible to book Saint Helen's Hall when it is not being used for parish functions. Please read the terms and conditions below an then click here to download a let application form
Terms and
Conditions
- Any breakages noted prior to the function must be notified to
the Hall Committee
immediately. All breakages not notified must be paid for. Please report any
breakages which occur during the period of your use of the hall. - Tables and seating are available for around 80 persons. This is
the capacity of the
hall and cannot be exceeded. You are responsible for setting out tables/chairs,
etc. and for cleaning and returning them to the storage area at the end of the
Let. The hall must be left in a clean and tidy state at the end of your Let. - The sale directly or indirectly of excisable liquor in any part
of the premises is
strictly prohibited unless a licence has been obtained from Glasgow City
Council by the person making the application. Alcohol may be consumed which is
brought by participants or which is available at no cost. - All
bottles and cans, etc. must be removed and recycled by the hirer of the hall.
All general rubbish must be placed in the green refuse sacks provided - no
other bags should be used for rubbish and recyclable material should not be
placed in the green bags. - If glasses, cups or utensils from the kitchen are used, they
must be cleaned and
returned to the appropriate cupboards. - Fire exits must be kept clear at all times.
- Payment
- The
cost of the hire of the hall is £15 per hour. Please remember to calculate any
time you may require in advance of your event for preparation/setting up
tables, etc. - The
booking is not confirmed until the booking form is received with a £15 deposit - The
rental charge is payable at the beginning of the event either in cash or by
cheque made payable to Saint Helen's Parish.
- The
