Prayer and Devotion
Prayer Groups
A variety of prayer groups meet regularly in Saint Helen's. Anyone
is warmly invited to participate. Just come along or get in touch
with the appropriate contact person below for more
information.
Eucharistic Adoration
takes place in the church three days a week, Tuesday to Thursday
from after 10am Mass until 1.00pm. You are asked to give one hour
each week praying for the intention of our parish, the church and
your own needs - there is also a special monthly intention.

The Rosary Group
Each Thursday evening at 7pm parishioners gather before the
Blessed Sacrament to recite five decades of the Rosary.

Novena and Benediction
Each Thursday evening, after the Rosary we pray the Novena
to Our Lady of Perpetual Succour. This concludes with Benediction
of the Blessed Sacrament.
Fatima Devotions
Our Lady Of Fatima's Peace Plan from Heaven: Take place on the
first Saturday of each month after the 10.00 am Mass, We are a huge
family of .First Saturday People. joined by millions of others
world-wide. We are responding to Our Lady's request at Fatima for
daily recitation of the rosary to obtain peace in the world.

Divine Mercy Group
meets on Monday evenings at 7pm in the church before the Blessed
Sacrament exposed to recite the Divine Mercy chaplet. The prayers
recited are taken from the diary of Saint Faustina and the devotion
is followed by over 100 million Catholics worldwide. There are
three main themes to the Divine Mercy devotion: to ask for and
obtain God's mercy, to trust completely in his merciful love for us
and show mercy to others. The group has been running for 11
yearsand we would be delighted to welcome anyone interested in
joining us.
